FrontWomen is a community built by and for women in leadership. We bring together women of all ages and backgrounds who share the challenges and joys of leading in their own spaces.
Every quarter, we meet online to have the kinds of conversations you don’t usually find in polished boardrooms: honest, unfiltered talks about power, growth, setbacks, and what it really means to lead.
At FrontWomen, our goal is simple: to create a space where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to step fully into their potential.
Based on the Women In the Workplace, the largest study of its kind in corporate America, women remain dramatically underrepresented. As of January 2024, the data makes it clear: we still have a long way to go.
Promotion Rates: For every 100 men promoted from entry-level to manager positions, 87 women are promoted. This "broken rung" remains a significant barrier to women's advancement.
Senior Vice President Representation: Women hold 29% of Senior Vice President roles, an increase from previous years but still indicative of underrepresentation at senior levels.
C-Suite Positions: Women occupy 29% of C-suite positions. Notably, women of color hold only 6% of these roles, highlighting a substantial gap in representation.

Jill Livick is the co-founder of FrontWomen and the Director of Operations for the Southeast at School of Rock. She grew up in a family of musicians, artists, and relatives who built their lives in the restaurant industry, where she learned the value of grit, creativity, and community. Jill draws special inspiration from her mom, a brilliant pianist who also built a career in the early days of tech — proving to her that artistry and innovation can go hand in hand.
In 2021, she co-founded FrontWomen with Stacey Ryan to create a space where women professionals can connect and lift each other up. She’s especially passionate about equity in political systems for women and believes that when women have a fair voice and access to opportunity, entire communities thrive.
